At GOIRRA, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, and all accompanying elements
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of usage
- No stains, damage, or alterations
- No odour (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
- Product must be in original condition as delivered
Any product failing quality check (QC) will not be eligible for a refund and may be shipped back to the customer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and passes quality check (QC)
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that do not meet the return conditions
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
- Used, damaged, or altered items
