At GOIRRA, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, and all accompanying elements

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • No signs of usage
  • No stains, damage, or alterations
  • No odour (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
  • Product must be in original condition as delivered

Any product failing quality check (QC) will not be eligible for a refund and may be shipped back to the customer.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and passes quality check (QC)
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
