Orders placed with Goirra can be cancelled within twenty-four hours of placement by contacting us through the details provided on this site. Once this window has passed, or once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the purchase. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, the item will need to be accepted on delivery and returned under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
