GOIRRA offers a 5-day return window for all eligible products. 

To initiate a return: 

1. Go to the “Returns” page 
2. Enter Order ID and Phone Number 
3. Select product 
4. Choose reason 
5. Download or receive the return shipping label 

Important: 

• Return only accepted if tag is intact 
  
• Item must be unworn and in original packaging 
  
• Automatic rejection if the tag is cut 
  

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
