Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

GOIRRA is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

GOIRRA will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to accept the order

The order will be cancelled and returned to us.

Partial COD orders: if a Partial COD order is refused at delivery, GOIRRA will retain the advance up to the actual cost of shipping the order to you and back. Any amount above this cost will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If GOIRRA cancels a confirmed order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, plus an amount equal to the advance.

We currently ship only within India.
