Orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. We currently ship only within India.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders across India, including Cash on Delivery orders.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. For some orders, a small advance (10% of the order value) is paid online at checkout, and the rest is paid in cash on delivery. If an advance applies to your order, you will see it at checkout before you confirm.

Yes. We share a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Contact us at info@goirra.com or call 9821370021, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After that window, or once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You would accept delivery and return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags intact and in the original packaging. Products bought during a sale are not eligible for return. We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Our pieces are cut relaxed or oversized. Every product page has a size chart with measurements in centimetres and inches, and lists the fit and the size our models are wearing.

Care instructions are listed on each product page. In general: machine wash cold, tumble dry low or line dry, and iron on the reverse, not on prints or logos.
